On Friday, August, 30, Power 97.9FM, took the August edition of its monthly prayer night to the Higher Life Assemblies of God Church, Tesano, in Accra.

Hundreds of believers thronged the auditorium to join in praying for Ghana amidst the challenges facing the country.

The diversity of the crowd, from young to the old was a clear indication that Boa Ghana Mpaebo catches the fire with every generational group.

From prayer topics led by host pastor, Prophet Samuel Frimpong to Man Godee, it was a night of fervent prayer and unity among worshippers from different faiths.

Rev. Alex Chris Hanson, Rev. Philip Amoako, Rev. Albert Akwasi Owusu, Pastor Deborah Amoako and Rev. Shadrach also led the congregants in a powerful prayer session.

The huge attendance, the about 5-hour experience of great music, prayer, keen participation and strong togetherness can be translated to mean that, in spite of the hovering Ghanaian hardship, the people of Ghana hold an unwavering hope that things will get better-and were not ready to allow anything to take away the joy they have in Christ Jesus.
