Dave Joy Speaks On Joyce Blessing’s Social Media Accounts

Sound Engineer and husband of Gospel musician, Joyce Blessing, Dave Joy has responded to the allegations levelled against him by his estranged wife over her social media accounts.

Dave Joy christened David Adu-Gyamfi said the ‘Repent’ singer has incessantly refused to honour an invitation to discuss management of the social media accounts.

Last week, Joyce Blessing in a self recorded video that went viral accused her former publicist Julie Jay and her husband of hijacking her social media accounts.

According to Joyce Blessing, the two have conspired and changed the login details of her social media accounts without giving her access.

The ‘Adam Nana’ composer further accused her former publicist of impersonating her on her various social media pages.

But responding to the accusations in an interview with Agyemang Prempeh on Power Entertainment on Power 97.9FM on Saturday, 5 September 2020, Dave said a little misunderstanding ensued after his wife decided to end their 12-year marriage.

He said they could not reach any agreement regarding the future of their record label, kids and Joyce Blessing’s music career.

As a result, the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dave Joy Productions divulged things are not in the good shape at the moment.

Mr. Adu-Gyamfi indicated that the musician has prevented him from accessing their joint bank account but she withdraws money from it often without his consent.

He admitted requesting YouTube to pull down a video Joyce Blessing lifted from the label’s official channel to her personal channel explaining the project belongs to both of them and not solely the musician but said the page is under the management of YouTube publisher Spice Africa.

Although he seems unhappy about the development he expressed his readiness to resolve the issues amicably.

Dave Joy said he will not drag issues with Joyce Blessing because of his kids with the musician.
