Ghanaian football fans have descended heavily on Dutch defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah for showing support to the Black Stars after they won against Guinea Bissau.
The Black Stars made it into the knockout stage of the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt after beating Guinea Bissau 2-0 in the final Group match.
Ghana is thus on the quest to clinch the Cup of Nations title for the first time in 37 years.
Fosu-Mensah, who is born to Ghanaian parents took to Twitter to expressed love and support to his native country despite opting to represent the Netherlands at International level.
His gesture however sparked anger among Ghanaians for ditching the Black Stars for the Oranje.
