Former President John Mahama has urged spokespersons for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to revisit the pledges and solutions contained in the party’s 2020 manifesto.

Speaking to the Chiefs and party supporters in the Eastern Regional capital, Koforidua, Mr. Mahama stated that the manifesto has the solution to the challenges the Akufo-Addo government is struggling to tackle.
”The answers to all that Ghana is going through today, are in the NDC 2020 Manifesto”, Mr. Mahama observed.
The NDC manifesto dubbed “The People’s Manifesto” became the subject of media discussions in the run-up to the 2020 elections due to its message and solutions proferred.
The manifesto also highlighted how a future NDC Government would tackle the age-old challenges confronting Ghanaians from the economy, healthcare, education, energy, agriculture, transport sectors among others.
Popular among the messages was the 10 billion dollars ‘Big Push’ which outlined how the NDC government would create a million jobs through infrastructural development such as roads, schools, hospitals, and water facilities.
